Conducting polymer-nanocomposite has potential applications in optoelectronic devices. This paper presents a novel composite consisting of polypyrrole (PPy), polyaniline (PANI), graphene oxide (GO), and multiwall carbon nanotube (MWCNTs) deposited on MnO2/Fe3O4/n-Si structure, resulting in a structure that is PPy-PANI-GO-MWCNTs composite/MnO2/Fe3O4/n-Si. This structure is investigated by scanning electron microscope, X-Ray diffraction, and Raman spectroscopy. PPy-PANI-GO-MWCNTs composite/MnO2/Fe3O4 /n-Si structure is used in manufacturing electronic devices like diodes, which have tunneling behavior at low voltage, though at voltage more than the voltage (V)= 0.5 V, the diode behavior as an ordinary diode. PPy-PANI-GO-MWCNTs composite/MnO2/Fe3O4/n-Si structure has a very high conductance reach of (S), and capacitance reaches -11 F. The electrical and dielectrically properties of this structure PPy-PANI-GO-MWCNTs compositeMnO2/Fe3O4/n-Si were done.
