Temperamental Activity and Fussiness: Implications for Weight of 3-Mo.-Old Infants

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to examine the role of activity and perceived fussiness in predicting infants' weight. Temperament characteristics did not predict weight for male infants, but leg activity was inversely associated with weight for female infants.
