Telocytes in normal and keratoconic human cornea: an immunohistochemical and transmission electron microscopy study

Abstract: Telocytes (TC) are typically defined as cells with telopodes by their ultrastructural features. Their presence was reported in the interstitium of various organs in vertebrates, including humans.
