Abstract:Objective This systematic review compared clinical, service and cost effectiveness of telephone consultations (TC) to video consultations (VC). Methods We searched Embase, CINAHL and MEDLINE for empirical studies that compared TC to VC using clinical, service or economic outcome measures.
