Life becomes less complex, resourceful and very educative thanks to the use of smart devices like the Myo armband and Nao robots. This work discusses about the use of Myo Armband which is a wireless device for interacting with other devices such as computer, robots. It uses myographic sensor signals to control the robot. This involves developing a digital control interface to control the robot with the help of Myo Gesture Control Armband System. A PC loaded with Ubuntu OS acts as a control unit. It interfaces the inputs of the Myo band to control the Nao robot, thereby we can control the movement of the Nao robot by using its interactions. In this case we use Nao, an educational robot. PyoConnect is a Linux alternative to MyoConnect a scripting software for programming the Myo band in Windows. The Pyoconnect software is used to connect the Myo with the Ubuntu operating system. NAOqi is a programming framework used to program the NAO. By importing the NAOqi module in the python script we can access the different functions of the Nao robot. Nao robot which supports network communication protocols are Ethernet and Wi-Fi. The interface between Nao and Myo is achieved through IP (Internet Protocol). Background: The impact of Covid-19 pandemic makes the hospital innovate using technology services, one of which was telepharmacy. Telepharmacy has the potential to improve Covid-19 outpatient through the use of telecommunications with self-home care patient. In July 2021, 120 patients received telepharmacy services with teleconsultation with pulmonologist, pediatrist, internist, otorhinolaryngologist, neurologist, psychiatrist and general practioners. In August 2021, telepharmacy patients were reduced to 39 patients, and in September 2021, telepharmacy patients were reduced to 11 patients. Objectives: Evaluating outpatients with telepharmacy services by measuring satisfaction patients. Methods: This program integrated with interprofessional doctor, pharmacy, nurse, driver and customer care unit. The satisfaction of patient depends on the multiprofessional services. This research to evaluate the satisfaction Covid-19 outpatients with received telepharmacy services. Desain study were descriptive, non-experimental and study cross-sectional. Data collected 3 months dan the samples were 170 patients with patient surveys to evaluate patient satisfaction. Results: 170 patients received telepharmacy ranged in age from 5-70 years, consisting of 93 women (54.7%) and 77 men (45.3%) with 76,5% satisfaction with telepharmacy services. Patients reported telepharmacy services from pulmonologist by 61.7%, internist 8.2%, otorhinolaryngologist 1.2%, pediatrist 23.5%, neurologist 0.5%, psychiatrist 0.5% and general practitioner from medical check-up by 4.1%. Conclusions: The satisfaction of self-home care telepharmacy patients overall reached 76.5%, and the patient felt dissatisfied were 23.5%. The decrease of patients in August and September 2021 because the telepharmacy services has not been maximized services and needs improvement. The hospital can improve the quality of telepharmacy services to increase patient satisfaction and visit telepharmacy patients.

Telemedicine involves electronic and telecommunication methods in healthcare systems. It is widely incorporated for the purpose of diagnosis, treatment, evaluation and research. There is a subtle difference between telemedicine and telehealth where the latter is not only specific to clinical settings but also non-clinical services. Telemedicine has grown rapidly due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This growth has proven to be a breakthrough for more inventions of telemedicine in future. Incorporation of telemedicine in healthcare settings have proven to be advantageous and disadvantageous and this leaves room for more improvements towards the system in future. Some advantages of health information technology include facilitating effective communication between doctors, nurses and pharmacists making coordination effective. Information is stored precisely in software making it easy to recover during routine follow-ups. By disease surveillance and monitoring, medication efficacy has also been improved. Telemedicine has been applied in radiology practises, psychiatry fields and even in the monitoring of chronic diseases. Telemedicine has risen rapidly due to pandemics and is still expected to evolve in the near future. This literature review was done using articles published between 2006 and 2022 found via search engines like PubMed, Google Scholar, SpringerLink, ClinicalKey and ScienceDirect. Other information and data relevant to our topic were obtained from websites of professional organisations. The keywords used include “telemedicine”, “advantages'', “limitations”, “applications”, “Covid-19”, “development” and “future”.
