Abstract:This study aimed to explore the safety and efficacy of neoadjuvant SCRT and tegafur–uracil/leucovorin plus oxaliplatin (TEGAFOX) for LARC in comparison to those of the modified 5-fluorouracil, leucovorin, and oxaliplatin (mFOLFOX-6) regimen.
