Technology Portfolios: Modelling Technological Uncertainty and Innovation Risks

Abstract: AUTHORS' SUMMARYThe case study reviews a range of methodologies and model-based applications that can assist policy decisions under irreducible technology innovation uncertainties. One approach uses scenario analysis.
