Abstract:The article deals with the issues of the need of professional training of cadets to work in a multinational ship’s crew. The substantiation of the need to develop a technology for training future seafarers to be ready for joint work with representatives of various ethnic groups is presented. The characteristics of the components of socio-psychological technology are given.
