Technology innovations towards reducing hospitality human resource costs in Langkawi, Malaysia

Abstract: Purpose Hotel labour costs in Malaysia are increasing. This paper aims to explore Langkawi hotel managers’ perceptions about reducing labour costs using various information and communication technology (ICT) innovations.
