Technology-Based Training

Abstract: Training is increasingly becoming technology-based, swapping classroom time and live instructors for distance learning, serious games, and simulation exercises. This presents both challenges and opportunities for tailoring training to accommodate differences in trainees' backgrounds, prior knowledge, and abilities.
