Technology and The Courtroom: An Inquiry into Knowledge Making in Organizations

Abstract: Recent theories of knowledge management have offered a functionalist understanding of knowledge creating dynamics in organizations. Their focus is on the role of knowledge assets as a determinant of competitive performance.
