With the development of intelligent manufacturing, the key strategic of complex equipment is becoming more and more obvious. How to realize the assembly of complex products has become the focus of intelligent manufacturing. This paper puts forward the improved Taguchi method to dimension chains measures, by using different quality loss function to different dimension chains, the cores are the Nominal-is-best, non-core is measured with the improved Smaller-is-better to improve convergence perusal and increase matching rate; General adopt Smaller-is-better to enhance assembly accuracy, reduce interference fit and assembly cost. Then the dimension chains quantitative model of complicated product assembly by using the signal-to-noise ratio and different weights is built up. The model contains modeling assumption, the objective function and the matching model. And this model is regard as the fitness function of genetic algorithm. Finally, the feasibility and efficiency of the scheme are verified by the case study.

CPS is potential application in various fields, such as medical, healthcare, energy, transportation, and defense, as well as Industry 4.0 in Germany. Although studies on the equipment aging and prediction of problem have been done by combining CPS with Industry 4.0, such studies were based on small numbers and majority of the papers focused primarily on CPS methodology. Therefore, it is necessary to study active self-protection to enable self-management functions, such as self-healing by applying CPS in shop-floor. In this paper, we have proposed modeling of shop-floor and a dynamic reconfigurable CPS scheme that can predict the occurrence of anomalies and self-protection in the model. For this purpose, SVM was used as a machine learning technology and it was possible to restrain overloading in manufacturing process. In addition, we design CPS framework based on machine learning for Industry 4.0, simulate it, and perform. Simulation results show the simulation model autonomously detects the abnormal situation and it is dynamically reconfigured through self-healing.

This study suggests the method of structuring production logistics systems in the middle level of smart factories. The managing module of the systems consist of sales management, purchasing management, production process management, quality management, and inventory management and basic information management. This method can increase work effectiveness because it can produce customers' order data formats and confirm estimates in real time through sales management. It is possible to share correct working time, order change contents and loading processes in real time in purchasing and production management, followed by decreasing input time and increasing production effectiveness. Furthermore, it is also able to decrease working time based on computerized information pertaining to the quality within quality management, followed by a quick and efficient customer response.
