Technological process, working conditions and health injuries to workers in the production of eggs and poultry

Abstract: The production of eggs and poultry is an important sub-sector of the food industry in Bulgaria. It is characterized by longstanding traditions and significant development prospects. Technological processes include a number of operations related to poultry farming and the production of poultry meat and eggs.
