Technological Inherited Connections in Continuous Method of Deformational Nanostructuring

Abstract: It is proposed to study technological processes of metal ware production as a consequence of macroscopic, microscopic and submicroscopic building typical for an initiate structure, transformed by phases or structurally. It makes possible to use the technological heredity theory in order to predict product quality. This approach is shown on the example of continuous method of deformational nanostructuring. It allowed to formulate the basics of the assessment strategy of various multistage processes of material … Show more

“…The paper [39] analyses the results of a series of experiments to study the efficiency of the process of obtaining an ultrafine-grained structure in steel wire by the method of deformation nanostructuring according to the 'drawing-torsion' scheme. Because of metallographic analysis of the microstructure of the wire after the application of this method, a change in the main structural components (crushing, i.e., grinding due to brittle destruction of cementite plates, reduction of the interplate distance in perlite) indicates the development of grinding processes of structural components of steel with an increase in the degree of deformation by torsion and the formation of an ultrafinegrained structure.…”

“…Thus, in work [2] the authors propose studying the manufacturing technology for metal structures as a sequence of macroscopic, microscopic and submicroscopic transformations characteristic of the structure initiation from the TH standpoint to forecast the product quality. As an example of such approach, a method of continuous deformation nanostructuring is employed, allowing the authors to define the evaluation strategy basis for various multi-stage material machining processes to achieve the required set of properties.…”

“…Получение новых свойств и технологических характеристик заготовок становится возмож-ным за счет либо расширения номенклатуры используемых при ОМД материалов, либо разработки новых режимов или способов ОМД [1,2]. В обоих случаях возникает необ-ходимость в современных инженерных мето-дах проектирования, обеспечивающих пре-дельно высокую достоверность прогноза ре-зультатов исследуемого технологического процесса.…”
