Technical procedure of two-port system subfascial endoscopic perforator vein surgery (TPS-SEPS)

Abstract: It has long been noted that incompetent perforating veins contribute to the development of chronic venous insufficiency and recurrent varicose veins that are complicated by skin ulcerations or liposcleroderma. For these conditions, severing of incompetent perforating veins is an effective surgical treatment.
