Technical principles in glioma surgery and preoperative considerations

Abstract: The goal of glioma surgery is maximal safe resection. These intrinsic brain neoplasms, however, lack a clear margin and frequently infiltrate eloquent areas of the brain thus making their surgical resection challenging.
