Teaching Sustainability in Higher Education Institutions: Assessing Hospitality Students’ Sustainability Literacy

Abstract: Currently, higher education (HE) institutions include sustainability concepts into their programs. Previous literature examined the opportunities and challenges of integrating sustainability at an institutional, curricular, and instrumental level.
