Teaching Mindfulness to Mitigate Burnout in a Pandemic

Abstract: BACKGROUND:Posttraumatic stress syndrome has been on the rise across all nursing specialties. When dealing with high-stress situations in the workplace, it has become clear that health care providers require tools to maintain a healthy environment.
