Most educational institutions were closed as one of the measures to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic. Teachers are mobilized to adapt online teaching and learning (OTL) methods to continue the educational process. However, previous studies have found that teacher motivation is affected due to this pandemic. Therefore, a quantitative study using questionnaire was conducted to examine the influence of Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) and commitment on Physics teachers' motivation to implement OTL. A total of 77 male and 109 female Physics teachers in Sabah were selected using a stratified random sampling method. Descriptive analysis using SPSS found that teachers' level of TPACK, commitment, and motivation in implementing OTL is high. Multiple regression analysis found that the constructs of Content Knowledge and Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge in TPACK have a significant relationship and influence on the motivation to implement OTL. The commitment constructs: Commitment to School, Commitment to Teaching, and Commitment to Profession, were also found to have a significant relationship and influence on the motivation to implement OTL. This study is helpful to stakeholders in understanding the situation of Physics teachers while carrying out essential tasks in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic to formulate relevant policies and programs for the survival of the national education system.

Tujuan penelitian ini dilaksanakan karena ada kepentingan bahwa dalam konteks lingkungan kerja saat ini, hubungan diantara keadilan organisasi, profesionalisme dan kepuasan karyawan memang penting untuk diselidiki. Keadilan organisasi dianggap sebagai faktor penting yang mempengaruhi kepuasan karyawan, sementara profesionalisme dianggap sebagai dimensi kritis yang mencerminkan perilaku dan sikap karyawan dalam melaksanakan tugas mereka. Metode survei dipilih untuk studi ini dan metode untuk mengumpulkan datanya yaitu dengan menyebarkan kuesioner untuk responden. Responden yang ditunjuk merupakan karyawan dari berbagai organisasi. Hubungan yang positif dan signifikan diantara keadilan organisasi dan kepuasan karyawan telah sesuai dengan hasil data yang dianalisis. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa ketika karyawan merasa bahwa keadilan organisasi ditegakkan dalam kebijakan, prosedur, dan perlakuan mereka, mereka cenderung lebih puas dengan pekerjaan mereka. Selain itu, ditemukan juga hubungan positif yang signifikan antara profesionalisme karyawan dan kepuasan kerja mereka. Karyawan yang menunjukkan tingkat profesionalisme yang tinggi dalam menjalankan tugas mereka cenderung lebih puas dengan pekerjaan mereka. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang pentingnya keadilan organisasi dan profesionalisme dalam menciptakan kepuasan karyawan. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya organisasi untuk menerapkan kebijakan dan praktik yang mendorong keadilan organisasi dan mempromosikan profesionalisme di antara karyawan. Faktor-faktor tersebut memang harus dipahami dengan lebih baik mengingat persaingan yang kompetitif dan perubahannya yang cepat dan ini agar organisasi dapat lebih mudah dalam hal meningkatkan retensi karyawan dan kinerja keseluruhan.

An organization's one of the concern mainly rely on the performance of the employees. They explore the factors that aid to upgrade the efficiency of the employees in the firm. The Commitment and Job satisfaction of the employees are the factors that have a high contribution in increasing the performance of the employees. This research paper explores the association among school teachers' Job satisfaction and Commitment. For this study, the schools from Northern region of Tamil Nadu is chosen and the samples are taken from the teachers who teaches for grade 11 and grade 12 and the size is 150. The outline of the study indicates that a positive and significant association among Teachers ' Job Satisfaction and Commitment.
