Other cultural groups included in the literature are the deaf (Guthmann & Sandberg, 2002), gay/lesbian/bisexual/transgender (Kessler & Waehler, 2005;Moore, 2003), military (Johnson, Ralph, & Johnson, 2005;Staal & King, 2000), and sports communities (Watson, Clement, Harris, Leffingwell, & Hurst, 2006).
