Teacher autonomy support reduces adolescent anxiety and depression: An 18‐month longitudinal study

Abstract: Grounded in stageeenvironment fit theory, this study adopts a longitudinal design to examine the contribution of autonomy support from teachers to reducing adolescent anxiety and depression.
