Taxonomy, phylogeny and evolution of freshwater Hypocreomycetidae (Sordariomycetes)

Abstract: Hypocreomycetidae is a highly diverse group with species from various habitats. This subclass has been reported as pathogenic, endophytic, parasitic, saprobic, fungicolous, lichenicolous, algicolous, coprophilous and insect fungi from aquatic and terrestrial habitats.
