Abstract: Aglepristone is an antiprogestin using for pregnancy termination in veterinary medicine. The information about side effects of aglepristone is limited. The aim of the study was to investigate cytotoxicity and genotoxicity of aglepristone in mid-gestation pregnancy termination in rabbits.
