Task Analysis for a Food Processing Facility: A Social Enterprise for Persons from Underemployed Populations

Abstract

I would first like to thank my family and friends for supporting and encouraging me throughout this journey. They have helped keep me motivated and focused to achieve my goals, as well as served as outlets when needed. I would like to thank my thesis group mates, Jessi and Jeremy, for all the hard work and dedication put into this project. Although there has been struggle, we have achieved triumph. I also would like to thank all my classmates, we have all grown so much throughout this program, helped each other keep it together, reminded each other there is light at the end of the tunnel, to laugh and smile, and ultimately grown to be a family.-Louise Bobbitt I would like to thank my mentors, friends, family, and thesis partners for their love and support.
