Targetoid Hemosiderotic Hemangioma (Hobnail Hemangioma)

Abstract

Targetoid hemosiderotic hemangioma is a benign vascular neoplasm, presumably of lymphatic origin. Dermoscopy shows a distinctive targetoid pattern: a violaceous center and peripheral ecchymotic rim.
