Targeting Aurora-A Inhibits Tumor Progression and Sensitizes Thyroid Carcinoma to sorafenib by decreasing PFKFB3-mediated glycolysis

Abstract: Background Thyroid cancer (TC) is the most common endocrine tumor, amongst which anaplastic thyroid carcinoma (ATC) is the most deadly.
