Abstract:Background. Acute myocardial infarction (AMI) represents a major cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide. Metabolomics investigation may be useful in the AMI pathogenesis research.
Materials and methods. The article describes a comprehensive study of the AMI through the targeted metabolomic profiling.
