Abstract: Kalman filtering is a common filtering method for millimeter-wave traffic radars. The proposal is for an Adaptive Strong Tracking Extended Kalman Filter (EKF) algorithm that aims to address the issues of classic EKF’s low accuracy and lengthy convergence time.
