Target Sensing with Intelligent Reflecting Surface: Architecture and Performance

Abstract: Intelligent reflecting surface (IRS) has emerged as a promising technology to reconfigure the radio propagation environment by dynamically controlling wireless signal's amplitude and/or phase via a large number of reflecting elements.
