Abstract:Quantitative dose response measurements of diethylnitrosamine-and dibenzylnitrosamineinduced DNA single-strand breaks plus alkali-labile bonds (SSB + ALB) (single-strand breaks, apurinic/apyrimidinic sites, and phosphotriesters) were performed on samples of 100,000 nuclei from Sprague-Dawley rats.
