Target Identification for Stereotactic Thalamotomy Using Diffusion Tractography

Abstract: BackgroundStereotactic targets for thalamotomy are usually derived from population-based coordinates. Individual anatomy is used only to scale the coordinates based on the location of some internal guide points.
