Abstract: Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) is one of the deadliest cancers because of its robust aggressive phenotype and chemoresistance. TAO kinase belongs to mitogen‐activated protein kinases, which mediate drug resistance in multiple cancers.
