Tamsulosin versus Fluid Therapy in Management of Ureteric Stone: A Comparative Study

Abstract: Introduction: Almost all ureteric stone migrates from kidney. The drugs commonly used to assist in the passage of bigger calculi include alpha-blockers, calcium channel antagonists, phosphodiesterase inhibitors, corticosteroids.
