Tamoxifen, associated to the conservative CKD treatment, promoted additional antifibrotic effect on experimental hypertensive nephrosclerosis

Abstract: CKD progression depends on the activation of an intricate set of hemodynamic and inflammatory mechanisms, promoting renal leukocyte infiltration, inflammation and fibrosis, leading to renal function loss.
