Takotsubo cardiomyopathy: diagnosis in an emergency department

Abstract: Takotsubo cardiomyopathy (TC) is a reversible cardiomyopathy characterized by transient wall-motion abnormalities of the left ventricle (LV) in the absence of significant obstructive coronary disease.
