Takotsubo cardiomyopathy and giant r wave syndrome mimicking acute myocardial infarction

Abstract: Rationale:The clinical features of Takotsubo cardiomyopathy largely overlap with those of acute myocardial infarction, especially in the presence of ST-segment elevation on the initial electrocardiogram.
