Taking the First Steps beyond GDP: Maryland’s Experience in Measuring “Genuine Progress”

Abstract: Gross Domestic Product's (GDP) limitations as a prosperity indicator are now widely recognized, leading to a search for "beyond-GDP" alternatives.
