Abstract: Poly(ethylene glycol)-based (PEG) hydrogels provide an ideal platform to obtain well-defined and tailor-made cell culture matrices to enhance in vitro cell culture conditions, although cell adhesion is often challenging when the cells are cultivated on the substrate surface.
