Tadalafil treatment improves the cardiovascular dysfunction and overactive bladder in heart failure rats

Abstract: Heart failure (HF) is a major public health issue, with an increasing prevalence in the world. Studies have shown a strong association of HF with development of low urinary tract symptoms (LUTS), where approximately 34% of men and 62% of women with HF reported having LUTS.
