Tacrine can suppress immune response to tularemia in BALB/c mouse model

Abstract: Tacrine is an inhibitor of enzyme acetylcholinesterase (AChE). In the past, it was used for the treatment of cognitive dysfunction during vascular dementia and Alzheimer disease.
