Abstract: The Gram-negative opportunistic pathogen Pseudomonas aeruginosa possesses hierarchical quorum sensing (QS) systems. The intricate QS network of P. aeruginosa synchronizes a suite of virulence factors, contributing to the mortality and morbidity linked to the pathogenicity of this bacterium.
