Abstract:Familial hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) is a fatal disorder of immune regulation. When managed appropriately with systemic chemotherapy, cure can be achieved by subsequent allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT).
