Systematic treatment of giant gastroduodenal anastomotic leakage:a case report

Abstract: Background Gastroduodenal anastomotic leakage is one of the most dreadful complications of gastrectomy and poses a great threat for treatment. However, there has been no effective treatment for it up to now.
