Systematic Structure-Activity Analysis of Microcin J25

Abstract: Microcins are a class of small (Ͻ10 kDa) ribosomally synthesized peptide antibiotics produced by Enterobacteriaceae (1). Some microcins undergo dramatic post-translational modifications by dedicated maturation machinery (2).
