Systematic personnel participation for logistics improvement: A case study

Abstract: The main aim of this paper is to present, in a reasoned and detailed manner, a methodology for Employee Participation System implementation applied in logistics issues. Thus, key aspects are developed in the implementation according to literature, focusing more on the "how" than on the "why."
