Systematic lncRNA mapping to genome-wide co-essential pathways uncovers cancer dependency on uncharacterized lncRNAs

Abstract: Quantification of gene dependency across hundreds of cell lines using genome-scale CRISPR screens have revealed co-essential pathways/modules and critical functions of uncharacterized genes.
