Systematic Direct Solid Modeling Approach for Surface Micromachined MEMS

Abstract: Current MEMS design methods do not fulfill the needs of emerging complex MEMS devices. In this paper, a systematic direct solid modeling approach for surface micromachined MEMS design is proposed.
