System Reliability Analysis Based On Weibull Distribution and Hesitant Fuzzy Set

Abstract: This work deals with the hesitant fuzzy number and averaging operator and fuzzy reliability with the help of Weibull lifetime distribution. Fuzzy reliability function and triangular hesitant fuzzy number also computed with α-cut set of the proposed reliability function. After applying the averaging operator of hesitant theory, the results are better than simple fuzzy. Also at last, a numerical example has been shown that how the hesitant fuzzy and α-cut work in case of reliability theory.

“…Meenakshi and Singh (2016) discussed the reliability of non-repairable MSSs with imprecise probabilities and performance rates having interval-valued probabilities with the use of hybrid UGF method. Kumar et al (2018) deal with the hesitant fuzzy number and average operator with the help of Weibull distribution. Here authors shows that how hesitant fuzzy and α - cut is used in the reliability theory.…”

“…But, the mentioned techniques come up with crisp solutions which are not expected. Crisp and fuzzy solutions have also been derived for FLP (Gupta and Kumar, 2012;Kumar and Ram, 2018) but no fuzzy solution for the fuzzy transportation problem has been found. As a particular type of LPP, there have been some special types of solution approaches to TP.…”
