System of smart detection and control to electrical energy for saving of electrical energy consumption

Abstract: Public campus has a mandate to saving of electrical energy. Electrical energy consumption is often wasteful in building. There is tendency wasteful by user. Electronic equipment is often still turn on at idle time. Only a few students want to turn off the equipment and shut down the computer. Saving of electrical energy is not only at idle time but it can be improved into operational hour. It is not depending on idle time or operational hours, but depends on human presence. Implementation of electrical energy … Show more

“…This interconnectivity improves security, so the responsiveness of IoT systems and user alerts demonstrate how the requirements for home safety are strengthened. Existing studies [25][26][27][28] have established that integrating IoT-enabled PIR (passive infrared sensor) intrusion detection into home automation systems positively influences security by providing comfort, energy, responsiveness, cost savings, remote control, and convenience.…”

“…The temperature sensor is a DS18B20 sensor, while the light sensor is a BH1750FVI sensor. Roslina et al [21] have produced an intelligent detection system and electrical energy control to save energy consumption. The system works to control the electric current supply in the room automatically based on human presence.…”

“…The process of refining nutmeg essential oil, the most optimal time to produce yield is up to 9 hours with a temperature of 100°C-120°C, and a pressure of 1-2 bar [6], [7]. Some distillation systems with the addition of a control system can save LPG gas up to 15% and systems with wood fuel can save production costs, and systems with electrical energy sources can save 20% electrical power [8], [9], [10], [11]. Control methods can also improve fuel efficiency, one of which has been carried out is the fuzzy logic method [8], [9].…”
