Traffic congestion, air pollution, fuel wastage, and car accidents are all exacerbated by increased traffic. Thus, vehicular communications, which refer to information transmission between cars, pedestrians, and infrastructures, have lately gained popularity and been extensively explored due to their enormous potential to enable intelligent transportation and various safety applications. Manually piloted cars and automated vehicles can acquire relevant information via vehicular communications to enhance traffic security and boost entertainment services. The basic concept of automobile clouds was originally published in the literature not long ago, and several suggested structural approaches have been presented in this study thus far. Several academics have concentrated on the structural layout to address various problems and, as a result, satisfy user expectations in order to give dependable services. We examined various vehicular cloud topologies in this study. We also offered a complete summary of current network layer research on allowing efficient vehicle communications and examined specific security, architectural, and reliability concerns in vehicular clouds. Also, the taxonomy of vehicular networks was discussed in terms of the service link between vehicular networks and cloud computing. Ultimately, we discussed the research prospects available. One of the most important impacts of access to transportation infrastructure is the economic and social well-being of residents. However, it is important to know, how much of an impact it has? Which of the access routes-road, rail, or air-has more impact? What methods can be used to assess this effect? Does this effect vary from country to country? This study attempts to provide a framework to examine the correlation between the access of a country’s cities (to various types of rail, air, and road transportation networks) and the economic and social parameters of its inhabitants. For this purpose, the connection of the city to the rail network was calculated by taking into account the distance in time between the city and the nearest station. A city’s road access is calculated by finding the average road distance of a city to other cities in that country. A city’s access to air traffic is calculated based on the weekly flights of that city’s airport (if that city has an airport). To evaluate the performance of the proposed framework, a case study is conducted in Iran. The results of the case study show that the access of cities to transportation networks strongly influences economic development and population size in Iran. Pearson’s correlation coefficients between transport infrastructure and economic growth and population size are 0.641 and 0.725, respectively. It was also found that among the transport networks, road transport is more correlated with economic development and unemployment rate of Iranian cities compared to other transport modes.

This paper analyses the shared economy model to sustainably manage the tangible and in- tangible resources of logistics systems. A critical review of literature on the current supply chain management policy and technological platform in current use that supports it was done to suggest a new conceptual framework for logistics processes' sustainable management on a shared economy platform. This was examined according to how the concepts of new technologies influence logistics and the role of sustainable management platforms of the shared economy in enabling greater improved logistics processes. The inductive methodology approach was applied using multi-criteria analysis interpretive research method. The impact of the shared business model on each stakeholder and beneficiary varies according to how resources are consumed and its adoption according to the core business models requirements of each. Current scientific literature does not identify the impact this phenomenon has on companies in different sectors, as there is a lack of detailed analysis and evidence to fill this gap, particularly as the Internet of Things (IoT) monetize digital assets autonomously through the Economy of Things (EoT) marketplaces. From the analysis conducted, the findings provide a concept of the prototype framework required for the shared economy in the e-logistics' ecosystems rather than traditional ones, modelled using multi-criteria analysis interpretive methods as a strategic resource within the shared economy of supply chain management systems.
